WasteWater Treatment Plant Seeking Full-Time Operator/Mechanic

Bridgeport Charter Township is currently accepting applications for a full-time operator/mechanic position in our Wastewater Treatment Plant. We are looking for an individual who can provide a variety of semi-skilled tasks in support of the operation and maintenance of the WWTP and Sanitary Sewer Collection System. We are looking for an applicant who is self-motivated, hardworking, and interested in working outdoors.

Bridgeport Charter Township Township Board Trustee Vacancy

Bridgeport Charter Township is seeking a candidate to fill the vacant trustee position on the Township Board. This is a temporary appointment until an officially elected trustee will be decided at the 2024 November Election. Applicants must be a resident of Bridgeport Charter Township.

Membership on Township Board or Commission

Thank you for your interest in serving on a Bridgeport Township board or commission. The Township Board requires that every member of a board or commission meet the following qualifications:

  • Appointee is not in default to the Township.
  • Appointee is a registered elector of the Township.
