Parks & Recreation Yoga Class

The Bridgeport Parks & Recreation Department is starting a “New” Program YOGA. The program is open to everyone and is a good way to get healthy in 2017.

The program is for 6 weeks starting Tuesday September 19th through October 24th

It will meet every Tuesday at The Old Town Hall in The Historical Village.

Every Tuesday 5:30pm – 6:30pm
(Please arrive early to register)

Class instructor is Sue Cooper, she has taught several Yoga classes around the area and the focus is on a number of physical, mental, and spiritual practices to create a Healthy Lifestyle!! You are encouraged to bring a water bottle and a yoga mat.

COST: $40 for the Six Week Session or $8.00 Drop in Fee Register for whole session and save!!

The session Fee can be made the first night or the drop in fee paid weekly.
