GET FIT- Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or endurance training or resistance. It’s high-intensity. It targets strength building and muscular endurance for 3 minutes at a time with a 1 minute break in between.
WERQ- A fiercely fun dance fitness class based on pop, rock, and hip hop music.
DRUMS ALIVE- This class combines the benefits of a traditional physical fitness program with the brain affected benefits of music and rhythm. Drums Alive® is a program that fosters a healthy balance physically, mentally, emotionally and socially.
