Assessing Reverification on Township Parcels

David McArthur has been hired by the Township as an independent contractor to conduct reverification services on residential properties.

The State Tax Commission has recently recommended that local units of government review 20% of their parcel records annually. This would ensure that our records are as current as possible. It involves a physical inspection of the property to inventory all aspects of the physical property, and making any adjustments.

LANSING, Mich. – The Michigan Department of Treasury is asking residents to be alert for a new scam that implies the federal government will pay their outstanding state tax debts or other state debts.

Water Supply System Notice

Bridgeport Water Supply System has hired Eric Construction to replace the water main on Tatham Road between Dixie Hwy and the railroad tracks, Snowy Lane, Summer, Hidden (north of Tatham), Lionshead, Wayward and Northport (north of Tatham).

The tentative start date is July 10.
