**NEW SESSION STARTS MARCH 19^TH**

No classes the week of April 2^nd 

In a unique collaboration with Zehnder’s Splash Village of Frankenmuth the Bridgeport Parks and Recreation Department will be offering youth swim lessons. 

This swim lesson program incorporates personal safety, personal growth, stroke development, water sports and games, and rescue throughout the eight-week sessions.  We are dedicated to making swim lessons a fun and rewarding experience for every child. 

Our goal is to offer fun-filled classes to develop aquatic skills in a safe environment.  Instruction is student-centered, and children are given personal instruction.   

Cost:     One child-         $64 for an 8 week session
            2 Children-         $58 per child
            3 Children          $52 per child

Lessons:  4 levels offered

Times:  Preschool: Is offered Monday thru Thursday at 5:30 pm till 6:30 pm.
            Level 1: Is offered Monday thru Thursday at 5:30 pm till 6:30 pm.
            Level 2: Is offered Monday thru Thursday at 6:30 pm till 7:30 pm.
            Level 3: Is offered Monday thru Thursday at 6:30 pm till 7:30 pm. 

SKILL LEVELS

Preschool (ages 3 & up)
Pre-introduction to Water Skills: helps students feel comfortable in the water without the assistance of a parent. 

Level 1
Introduction to water skills: helps students feel comfortable in the water and enjoy the water safely.

Level 2
Fundamental aqautic skills: gives students success with fundamental skills.  Must feel comfortable in the water on front and back with assistance.

Level 3
Stroke Development: builds on the skills learned in level 2 by providing additional practice.  Must be able to swim 15 yards on both front and back with no assistance.
