We’re excited to announce that Bridgeport Charter Township has an open AmeriCorps position for 2023-24! AmeriCorps members play a vital role by adding more capacity to our programs so we can accomplish all the goals we’ve set as an organization. Our AmeriCorps member will be working on projects that involve volunteer recruitment, business registration, blight elimination, and grant procurement.
This AmeriCorps program is managed by the Community Economic Development Association of Michigan (CEDAM). CEDAM is a coalition of leaders across Michigan’s community development sector that work to create vibrant, inclusive spaces for all people to live and work. Through programs, advocacy, and other resources, CEDAM promotes community development and equity.
