The Bridgeport Charter Township Zoning Board of Appeals will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, January 11, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the board room at the Bridgeport Charter Township Governmental Center, 6740 Dixie Hwy., Bridgeport, MI. 48722.
The parcel subject to the hearing is 6310 Dixie Highway., Property ID # 09-11-5-15-31-000. Public hearing for ZBA23-03 is to consider a request for a variance to allow a ground sign area to be approximately 91 square feet and to allow wall signage to be 94 square feet. The existing sign from the location at 5658 Dixie Highway will be transferred to the new site. The ordinance currently allows for a total ground sign area to be 50 square feet and wall signage area to be 32 square feet total.

Written comments concerning the proposed variance requests will be accepted prior to or at the meeting.
