The parcel subject to the hearing is 4285 Dixie Highway, ID # 09-11-5-05-1501-001, Saginaw, MI., Public hearing for PSPU24-01 is to consider a request for a Special Land Use Permit for a used car sales and rental establishment. The zoning for the property is C-2 (Community Center District) and the desired uses are only allowed through Special Land Use.
